And then something finally gave. Miracle upon miracles, I started to 'Clear and Release' the negative energy that was buried deep within my subconscious. I actually felt hopeful and finally I felt joy. Immediately following that, Miracles started flowing into my life. That was it. Life energy started flowing into me. WHY? Because I had cleared and I released that which was blocking me from accepting and receiving my miracles. I found the key to unlock the heavy chains that kept me in my own prison. And once I found the key and miracles starting coming into my life, I found FAITH; faith that everything was happening just as it should, now and always. And so my worry and my stress and my anxiety and my debt turned into abundance. Less turned into more. I delivered my soul from the hell, I alone put myself in.
Part II - Forgiveness - The 5 Things That Keep You From Living the Life of Your Dreams
Free yourself and if you should find it difficult to forgive, then hand it over to God. Pray, release it to God and he will surely take care of it for you.
From the depths of my heart, I hope that you will find the strength to 'Clear and Release' the negative that lies within you. It is my wish that you act from a place of love, to your children, to your parents, to your partner, to your neighbors and touch their hearts so that they too can too act from a place of love; a loving positive chain reaction,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], one heart at a time, one miracle at a time.
And this is why I created 'Clear and Release', so that you can receive your miracles and live the life of your dreams.
Quite honestly life pretty much sucked. That's the simplest way to put it. I felt no joy.
Do you know what it actually feels like to walk in this life without reacting negatively? Do you know what it feels like to change perception from negative to positive? Now I consciously choose to approach each situation from a place of love. I am retraining my mind one day at a time, one miracle at a time to walk with compassion. I understand that people may do hurtful things, because they themselves are hurting. I am not saying take everything that is thrown at you. As a matter of fact you may have to end relationships. But when you do, do it from a loving place, with forgiveness in your heart and pray that God will place his hand on this person and heal them from their pain. Keeping yourself bitter with unforgiveness only hurts you,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], hurts the person and keeps you bound negatively at an energetic level.
In my lifetime there were many relationships that were shattered, but the connection to the negative energetic bond was not broken. I remained bound to the dark force of the hurtful action. So I went on with my life and the negative memories turned into dark spots deep within my subconscious that I was unaware of. My negative blocks were many, leaving me bitter, angry and resentful, keeping my light very dim. You better believe no one was going to hurt me ever again! I made sure of it. I slammed shut the door to my heart so that no love could get in and no love could get out. "Ha!" my ego said, "You keep that heart of yours closed. People are bad and will hurt you. Don't be a fool,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], don't forgive him, don't forgive her. They don't deserve your forgiveness. You don't deserve forgiveness." My ego was strong and loud and in control. And I walked around 'unapproachable'. Well if I was unapproachable, who was I hurting? Only myself. What was I attracting? Nothing great that's for sure.
I soon realized that I wanted out of this miserable existence. There HAD to be an answer. Why did I feel so much anxiety and stress and worry? Why did I always have money issues? Why did I always feel so bad inside? I looked around and saw other people doing so well. I wanted answers and I just couldn't find them. But one thing for sure is that I am not a quitter. I never was and I never will be. And so the burning desire deep within the depths of my soul ignited my flame to discover the real secret.

I think this is where most people get hung up. There is a belief we should give and never expect anything to be returned. To me, this is really is a lie. For many of us, we are happy to give of ourselves over and over again, but in all of our lives, there will be times when we will need something back. It’s at these times we are able to see or should I say, experience the imbalance in our relationships and if something isn’t said or done about it, resentment occurs.
In the world of spirit, sages, mystics and new age thought, the concept of affinity has been used to describe the vibrational essence of the 4th chakra or heart center. According to Yogic tradition, the 4th chakra is an energy center that lies in the center of our chest and is responsible for our ability to experience love, peace and harmony. In many circles, this energy is described as our ability to love ourselves and other unconditionally.

It wasn’t until I wrote, Avoiding The Cosmic 2x4, that I really got a chance to look at the energy of the 4th chakra and what I believe the true meaning of affinity is. I found the answer, not in the texts and precepts of the New Age self-help type books that talk about the chakras in a vague kind of way, but in the depths of Jewish mysticism and the Kabbalah.
For years, I struggled with this concept. Based upon my understanding I was led to believe it was my duty, my responsibility to give of myself, my time,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], money and energy with no expectation of a return—ever. This was, in my world, the definition of unconditional love. I was also led to believe that when I was finally able to act accordingly; my 4th chakra would fully open, because I was now in affinity with the world around me.
Now,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], if you feel the tug of incongruence but allow feelings such as guilt or fear to rule, thus giving the person the money regardless of how you feel, the reality is, you are NOT giving it out of unconditional love, but instead by the negative feelings and emotions you are allowing to prevail. If you,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], on the other hand, acknowledge the warning you are getting and resolve the misgivings you are experiencing, then all of you is in balance with that choice, that decision, even if the decision is to not loan the money.

I have worked with a number of clients who at first glance seemed filled with unconditional love. They came off as being very loving and accepting individuals,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], however, their bodies told me another story. What I saw was an energy field filled with bitterness and resentment and when this was communicated, they honestly didn’t believe me until they had the opportunity to meditate on the idea. Once they could see how their choices were not in integrity with their entire being, they were able to make drastic changes both emotionally and physically. It was a wonder to watch.
So if in the near or distant future someone tries to play the unconditional love card on you, using it as a tool to make you feel guilty or manipulate you into doing something you don’t want, remember my words here today. We can only give of ourselves unconditionally when all our parts are in agreement. For when we are truly giving from the heart, we not only don’t expect any kind of repayment or return, but it also opens us up to the flow of life force energy through our being. It raises our vibration and helps us to feel closer to God and one with the universe. So before you go and try to love others unconditionally and with affinity, first learn to love yourself.
Part two is congruence. In geometry for example, two triangles are said to be congruent when their size and shape are the same. For us, congruence refers to the state in which all our parts are in agreement with a thought, idea or concept. So for example, a friend asks to borrow $50. The last time you loaned someone money, however,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they never repaid you and there may be a part of you that feels a bit uncomfortable with the proposition. This part of you is not congruent with the rest of you. It is telling you there is something out of balance and needs to be paid attention to or addressed.
From a Kabbalistic perspective, when we are in affinity, we love ourselves completely and take our wants, needs and desires into consideration. We then can make conscious choices about how and were we spend our time, energy or money. This choice provides us with the opportunity to give it unconditionally. The part most often overlooked, is the importance of making a conscious choice regarding our actions. It is all about knowing who we are, what we are all about,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and having clear boundaries around it. Another word for this would be integrity.
For many, we don’t know who we are and what we want, and a great way to get clarity about ourselves is to write down all our good qualities. If you love gardening, write that down. If you love going for walks write that down. For some, it may also be important to write down things we don’t want, because many times we accept responsibilities or bad behavior on the part of others all in the name of unconditional love and becoming clear on what is acceptable or unacceptable is all part of this process.
OK, so that is part one—the ebb and flow of energy that needs to occur between us. If we are open to giving and RECEIVING, (which is something we are not taught), then the first part of the equation of affinity is in place.

Eight young Korean figure skaters came to Toronto for training last summer. It was interesting to watch these youngsters skate according to their lights alongside Kim Yu-na. What with summer school, the rink was too crowded to ensure adequate training. Now, our skaters were younger and smaller than their Canadian counterparts; unexpectedly,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], their jumping skills were excellent among other players in the same group. Small and slow -- but how smartly they jumped!
Elated,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I said to myself, "Look, these young Korean skaters are really quite good!" The Canadian coaches and parents,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], surprised at their leaps, also clapped their hands. That gave them a sort of head start before taking lessons from the Canadian coaches.
But after watching them go through the programs for about a week, I was left with the shocking truth. The state of Korean figure skating is a disaster: compared with their Canadian counterparts, these potentially promising young skaters are only good at jumping but far inferior in overall skating techniques and any artistic expression that relies on musical sensitivities.
I remembered what Yu-na had been like three or four years ago. She was making little progress; it was all jump,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], jump, jump. No other goals. Kim Se-yeol,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], taking over as her coach, said,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], "Now that she is already perfect technically,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], what we should do is package her and improve the value of the product." He had an eye to discern Yu-na's worth and her future course of action.
Since then Yu-na has put a great deal of time and effort into developing her ability to appreciate and interpret the tiniest details of the music and project those interpretations through facial expressions and body language to resonate with the audience. She has worked on the artistic aspects of skating just as hard and long as on achieving the next level of technical sophistication,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
Some say Yu-na is a genius of expression. Having watched her closely for many years, I am convinced that, however talented a person may be, their talent can be developed fully only in an adequate environment. It takes far more than a single person's isolated efforts to discover potentially gifted young skaters and nurture them into world-class athletes. At present, we simply wait for someone to stumble on a rough diamond buried in the ground and polish it on his own. It makes one despair of the future of the sport in Korea. No matter how hard our gifted young skaters may train, their efforts are wasted because there is no proper guidance and support for them.
Advanced countries in figure skating have different coaching systems from ours. Since each country has a different skating environment, a simple comparison is difficult. But one thing is certain: skaters there have more hours of training from a young age in which they enjoy skating without bothering about jumping and other techniques. Here and there are skaters who are engrossed in skating dream of becoming a Michelle Kwan today and a Sasha Cohen tomorrow. In that process,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they build the foundations for sensibility and expression and feel how beautiful it is to glide to the music rather than totter about from jump to jump.
Of course,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], not all foreign skaters who enjoy their skating can grow into big stars. During the elections, people wishing to run for office flocked to the GNP and Democratic parties, while the Uri Party had a difficult time finding interested candidates. When the president��s unrestrained comments were shocking the public, the GNP was victorious in elections. But when President Roh kept quiet,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the GNP lost in the April 25 by-elections. President Roh and his aides don��t seem to understand this linkage.
Indeed, former Uri Party leader Kim Geun-tae said the president must��ve made the latest comments ��since his approval ratings have risen,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],�� and added, ��he��s said a lot of words and I hope he would stop.�� Former Uri chief Chung Dong-young said he expected President Roh to criticize him soon.
The president is showing keen interest in the assault investigation of Hanwha Group chairman Kim Seung-youn and the lobbying scandal involving the Korean Medical Association.
